SUSHI BURRITOS at Camp!

Make Quick and Easy Sushi Burritos while solo camping with me. My New Favorite, Low-Carb, Car Camp Recipe! Ingredients: Nori Wrap ‘Papers’

Ingredients: 

Nori wrap paper (used : https://amzn.to/3DzshKE )

Wild Caught Salmon

Sliced Cucumbers

Sprouts

Rice

Sauce (used : https://amzn.to/3Dw1eQu )

Salt 

 

Really you can add any vegetables you have or like. Other great choices include avocado, carrots, radish, spinach, etc. I cooked the Salmon on my Coleman portable grill ( https://amzn.to/4iGvWoG ) (I know this means it’s not really “Sushi” now, but my rice n veggies were cold), and assembled these mouthwatering burritos very quickly at my tent. I originally was going to make ‘sushi’ wraps, but I realized I didn’t know how to be a wrapper. I am going to look into a wrap hack for the next time I make these, even though I was very pleased with these sushi burritos!
